Novel Zinc(II) Phthalocyanine Dyes for Color Photoresists
Color photoresists are the key materials for the fabrication of color filters (CFs). Organic dyes offer a promising alternative to the conventional pigment-based system to make CFs with higher resolution. However, the stability of dye molecules is an urgent problem to be solved. Herein, we designed and synthesized a series of highly stable zinc phthalocyanine dyes containing polymerizable acrylamide groups. Upon light exposure, dense and insoluble network structures were formed in the prepared CFs, which increase the thermal stability and anti-migration capacity of these dyes.

Visible-Light-Promoted Click [3+2] Cycloaddition of Aziridine with Alkyne: An Efficient Synthesis of Dihydropyrrolidine
A photocatalytic [3+2] cycloaddition of aziridines with activated alkynes is reported under visible-light irradiation in the presence of ruthenium catalyst. This chemical transformation provides polysubstituted pyrrolidines in good yields based on the click chemistry philosophy. The reaction successfully represents a primary trial of cyclocarboamination through photocascade catalysis combining energy transfer and redox neutral reactions.

Short Synthesis of a Biphenyl-Based Amino Triflamide Catalyst and Its Application in Enamine Catalysis
A novel axially chiral biphenyl-based amino triflamide has been designed and successfully synthesized from 1-nitropyrene in 6 steps. This chiral amino triflamide functions as effective catalyst for asymmetric Mannich reaction through enamine intermediates.
